The house is on the border of Bridge Hampton and Sag Harbor. While we are centrally located, we have our privacy.

We have ALL the amenities:
Heated pool, new hot-tub, indoor Jacuzzi, full lighted basketball court, tennis court, volleyball, 3 living rooms, wide screen TV, DVD/VCR, BBQ, video game and more! The house combines the BEST attributes of a resort and a bed and breakfast in a very social setting.

We carefully put together the group for each summer. The people are the MOST IMPORTANT part of the house!

What Makes Our House Different from ALL other Houses!
Our place is a perfect hybrid of a friendly house atmosphere, the niceties of a bed and breakfast and the facilities of a resort!

PRICE: Our prices are 15% to 25% below similar houses and we include A LOT MORE food, supplies, snacks and alcohol than ANY other house!

SOCIAL ATMOSPHERE: On this Jewish singles weekend it is always a unique and fun experience! With each person picking their own custom schedules, no other weekend is ever the same.

We bring together good people, plan a diverse social calendar, relax by day, and go out at night as a big group to the best parties/clubs/lounges in the Hamptons!

WE TAKE CARE OF ALL THE ‘DETAILS’: We define a detail as something you only notice when it is not there. At our house when you are making your coffee, you can reach into the cabinet and choose from sugar, Sweet ‘n Low or Equal. Or Maybe you just cooked up a nice tasty hamburger, don’t worry, ketchup, mustard and relish are all in the fridge.

WHAT YOU GET: It is almost all-inclusive. We include a lot but NOT everything. We include breakfast (bagels, coffee, pastries, eggs, etc.), BBQ (hamburgers, hot dogs, turkey burgers, etc.), snacks, sodas and all mixers. We buy some liquor for the house each weekend (1/2 dozen bottles of vodka) and then people bring additional bottles of liquor or wine to contribute to the house bar. The house bar is a communal effort and it never seems to run dry :)

MAID SERVICE: We have maid service, 2x per day, throughout the weekend keeping the house always impeccably clean! Plus last year we even added Linen Service for your convenience!!!

PRICE FOR WEEKEND STAY ARE: $325 by check, $332 by credit card or $309 by cash.
